Let's use some  Common Sense 

The Problem

With all of the technology available too many Companies Call Centers are still not providing the service the should and can.

The Consequences

Are basically on us, the Consumer, with all sorts of negative outcomes ranging from extended service issues to the worst, damaged Credit Scores.

The Solution

May be simpler than we thought.  We are all used to hearing "this call will be recorded for..." when we dial a center.  Those calls are used by companies in many positive & negative ways. But we can't reocord them & they don't share the Calls with us regardless of the Service provided.
